WHY DO THE EARLY YEARS MATTER?
Children’s early experiences and the environments in which they spend their time have an important and measurable effect on their later health and well-being.
This survey asks about early learning and child care arrangements. Early learning and child care arrangements is defined as any formal care for children up to the age of 12 years old by someone other than the parent or guardian. This could include care in child care facilities, in-home care by a relative or non-relative as well as out of school child care, but does not include occasional babysitting for recreational or social events or kindergarten.
This confidential survey should not take more than 15 minutes to complete and will be open until January 17, 2020 (4pm).
